Customer Select window column headers are not displaying correctly.

PROBLEM:
In version 2.1.1.35 and above, the Default query that returns the customer list in the Customer Select is no longer hard coded, but is a query which can be changed and new queries can be added.
If these queries are not set up correctly, then the column headers may be incorrect.
SOLUTION:
Select the 'Support' Menu, then 'Customer Select Choices'. For the Queries columns which are displaying incorrectly make sure that all the 'Clauses' which are not just simple field names have an 'as name' at the end.
e.g.
customerunitlist(customerid)
should be
customerunitlist(customerid) as unitlist
