Hint Details:
ISSUE:
Accounts' passwords are encrypted, therefore it's not possible to retrieve a user's password, a new one will have to be made in its place:
SOLUTION:
A user with the 'Users/Security Profiles' right (usually an administrator or manager) can navigate the 'Maintenance' menu and select 'Users'. Once there, select the user in question and click expand. Click the 'Reset Password' button (this will make the password null). Log off and login with the user's login name as usual but without a password. Once open, click the 'File' menu and select 'Change Password'. When the new password has been set, close Space Manager completely and rerun Space Manager. The user can now log in using the new password.
