Assertion Failure starting Space Manager after Sybase SQL V10 Upgrade

PROBLEM:
Having installed Sybase Anywhere 10.0.1 and after upgrading Space Manager's database to Sybase 10 via an Unload and Reload, on starting Space Manager you get an Assertion Failure when doing a StartUpCheckDate check from the site table.
SOLUTION:
Install Sybase's SQL 10.0.1 3619 EBF by downloading the following file from Sybase's support site and updating the Sybase 10 installation on the server:
SA10_Full_WIN32+x64.1001_3619_EBF.exe
