Blank Parameters and File Name when viewing Sybase8 Service on 64Bit Server

ISSUE: A Customer was running a Sybase 8 Database Service on a 64Bit Windows 2008 Server. The data service was running correctly and users could log into the database. However when the user ran Sybase Central and viewed the service parameters, both the Parameters and File Name were blank.
CAUSE: It would appear that just as the service needs to be set up originally as the Administrator (not just as an Administrator equivalent), so viewing the configuration details of the service also require access as Administrator.
SOLUTION: Run Sybase Central by right clicking on the SCJVIEW and selecting 'Run as Administrator'. The service configuration was then displayed.
