Space Manager HTML Emails
Space Manager can send HTML emails within the invoicing and mailmerge options.
You may already use Space Manager to send emails to clients. Often this is for invoices, mailmerges within Microsoft Word or simply from a contact event. By default, these messages are plain text format i.e. the same font, the same size of the font, no options for colours, bold text, etc. HTML formatting allows for images, different fonts, sizes, colours and many other options to be used. Space Manager can send HTML emails within the invoicing and mailmerge options.
HTML is a language of the internet so the emails you send can have all, within reason, the formatting that you see on web pages. Most often this would be formatted text, logos and images.
For mailmerging Space Manager uses a program called Chilkat to translate the word document into an HTML format and then email it out. For invoices and other templates, we take your supplied HTML code and hook it into the email process in place of the existing plain text. Whilst we cannot write the raw HTML code for you it is something that your web design supplier should be able to do and we can give them the required information for the correct format.
