Vista's VirtualStore is not under AppData, where is it?

Hint Details:
In a French Installation of Vista, we have seen that the VirtualStore is not in the exact same directory location as in the UK, but in a 'Local' subdirectory under AppData.
Thus, instead if being:
"c:\users\<userName>\AppData\VirtualStore\Program Files\myApp\".
It is found to be:
"c:\users\<userName>\AppData\Local\VirtualStore\Program Files\myApp\".
Please Note: You have to choose to be able to see Hidden Files and Folders (Folder Options in the Control Panel) in order to be able to see the AppData directory in Explorer.
